At Vargas International Properties, our focus is to create wealth for our homeowners, investors, and the community. Our expertise entails developing and transforming vacant lots and undesirable properties into modern and affordable properties locally and internationally, assisting low income and first-time buyers purchase their first home, as well as guiding experienced investors in adding units to their portfolios. We develop properties and communities that are well built, ideally located, and priced competitively. We have made the American dream achievable since 2009 by owning and developing over 90 homes and allowing first time home buyers and investors purchase brand new developments at competitive prices.
Julio C. Vargas is the perfect example of living the American Dream, growing up in a low-income neighborhood where no one was expected to succeed, to developing some of the largest projects in the USA, Mr. Vargas knows no boundaries. He is a deal maker, an outstanding negotiator, and he continues to set the standards of excellence in all he does. He is the very definition of the American Success Story.
As President, Mr. Vargas works to expand the company’s real estate, retail and commercial interests, overseeing all new project acquisitions and property portfolio. He leads everything from pre-planning and financial risk analysis to purchasing negotiations and construction phase.
Before founding Vargas International Properties, Mr. Vargas acquired over 10 years of leadership experience in the corporate world with some of the most recognized companies such as Target, DaVita Dialysis, and Amazon. During his tenure, he led the fifth largest fulfillment center in the world at the time with up to 8,000 associates, managed several top performing retail stores that ranked among the top 100 out of more than 1,800 stores, and turned around several underperforming clinics.
Mr. Vargas has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (BSM) and a Masters of Business Management (MBA) with a concentration in Finance and Global Business. He attended UC Santa Barbara and Pepperdine University.
